Hello:

I am trying to install nvidia optims card driver with steps from:

HOwever, I noticed that all the packages in above resources is no longer avaible.

thank you for very helpfu advices.

I reinstalled now following the steps on the page. However,when I try to run some program by optrun, it failed with messages:



Warning) Detected X11 'Composite' extension: if incorrect display occurs
Warning) try disabling this optional X server feature.
Xlib:  extension "GLX" missing on display ":8".
ERROR) The X server does not support the OpenGL GLX extension.   Exiting ...



BTW, I found the following advices in the thread:

“Get rid of all mentions of nvidia in /etc/sysconfig/kernel”

I edit it as following



#INITRD_MODULES=" nvidia  "
DOMU_INITRD_MODULES="xennet xenblk"


is it correct.
