Thread: install 32bit libs on 64 bit system

    Default install 32bit libs on 64 bit system

    Hi
    I am new to open suse iwant to run a program "Weather Display" but I need to have 32bit libraries installed
    when I try to run it from Konsole I get this
    "john@kellybear:~> /home/blatch/lacrosse/wdisplay/GoWeather.sh
    /home/blatch/lacrosse/wdisplay/WeatherD: error while loading shared libraries: libusb-0.1.so.4: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory"
    Can any one give me a clue please

    Install the package "libusb-0_1-4-32bit".

    Where did you get that "Weather Display" from?
    Maybe there's a 64bit version available? If it's open source, it should be no problem to compile it for 64bit.
