RPM pbone site and trust

I was searching for an openSUSE version of secure-delete and an offering from rpm.pbone.net was found. I know nothing about this site and trustworthiness of the rpms available. I also note that the rpm offered is for 12.X not 13.1. Please could somebody advise on this site as source and how I can obtain secure-delete for 13.1 32bit.

Please could you explain what these are as they both appear to provide secure-delete.

Hi
The ‘Security’ build is the development project which maintainers can
push/do to the main distribution. Home repositories are just users play
grounds and may/may not be maintained (mine are  ). If you have or
find a bug from a development repository you can pretty well be sure it
will get fixed, not the same for home build repositories…

So in general, packages get pushed from home repos to development repos
and then into factory for inclusion in the next release.
