Here as well: Save As .doc or .docx => crash. Save works as expected (no crash).

    13.1 KDE 4.12.3 Libreoffice 4.1.5.3.

Base Libre from 13.1, KDE from:

    KDE_Release_412 | KDE SC 4.12 Core packages (openSUSE_13.1) | Yes | Yes | 99 | rpm-md | http://download.opensuse.org/reposit...openSUSE_13.1/

I think it might be that I'm using the libreoffice-gnome and not libreoffice-kde4

    Switching back isn't pretty either

Well the file manager dialogue is some spacked out old style thing

Hi, the problem is the file open dialog. Goto tools->options->libreoffice-general and select (tick) the "Use libreoffice dialogs". That will at least stop it from crashing... HTH Lenwolf

Thanks. It does! I wasn't even getting to point of being able to save.

Thanks you so much. The configuration suggested by you, helped me to stop with the repeatedly crash when "saving as" and exporting to other formats in Libreoffice.
