    Question Unprovidable Dependancy

    The Tumbleweed repo for Cairo Dock on software.opensuse.org just bit the dust. I tried adding official Tumblweed repo, but upon selecting cairo-plugins I am told;

    "nothing provides libical.so.0()(64bit) needed by cairo-dock-plugins-3.0.2-1.21.x86_64"

    Question UPDATE

    It would seem the repo is still there, just temporarily down. Searching for cairo-dock instead of cairo dock returns two Tumbleweed repos. However when uninstalling Cairo Dock adding second repo & one click installing, Cairo Dock launches with my same config but I get ugly black text on mouse over as per linked screen shot.

    Are those the two home:username repos on OBS? If so, those are personal development repos. When I search cairo-dock it says there are 76 sub-packages. There is nothing "official" about those two repos.

    This is official repo that returns error;

    http://glx-dock.org/ww_page.php?p=Op...sitory&lang=en

    http://ftp.uni-erlangen.de/pub/mirrors/packman/suse/openSUSE_Tumbleweed/

    Aside from the two OBS ones, yes.

    I wonder which base version of Tumbleweed they used (or didn't probably), since they don't appear to have covered standard 12.2, 12.3, and 13.1 specifically on that page?

    Hi
    You can always see on PMBS:
    https://pmbs.links2linux.de/package/...&project=Extra
    You can see it's in a failed state.

    Then a drill down shows it was last built (the ones in the repo on
    Build Time: 2013-04-24 21:49:10 +0200 (10 months ago) so it's out of
    date for the current tumbleweed.
    https://pmbs.links2linux.de/package/...USE_Tumbleweed

    So it's a sure bet it won't work.... or not suitable for the current
    tumbleweed.

    Sorry I can't, but searching on Packman's website for cairo-dock gave these packages, including those for 12.2, 12.3 (zero for 13.1): http://packman.links2linux.org/packa...ro-dock/388668

    I tried the 1 click install for the Tw version, and got a message saying the file didn't include instructions for my version of openSUSE (i.e. up to date Tw). At least working from Packman's website gives some status re cairo dock.

    SeaMonkey doesn't like that site, reporting "This Connection is Untrusted" and "pmbs.links2linux.de uses an invalid security certificate".
