Multicasting with Networkmanager

Hi;

I was duckduckgoing on Internet to get a way to maintain a static multicast route in my newly installed OpenSuse 13. I know that my network is controlled by Networkmanager, but I could not find a way to create the right configuration for my desired multicast route.

I hope someone here will give me a hint for system-wide configuration.

What have you tried?
Have you tried configuring a network address and configuration using a multi-cast IP address?
