Remote Control of my PC

Good afternoon

I want to have remote access for my job's PC (windowsXP) to my home PC (opensuse13.1) and reverce.
I have installed in windows mRemoteNG and in Suse Remmina.
The problem is that i have no idea how to configure them.
Can anyone help me with that?

Far better if you try something, find it doesn't work and then post what you tried and the result (error messages).

Asking very broad questions like this is usually going to get a response RTFM.

People always want to know you tried to do already. And provide reasonable detail so that responses can be more precise to what you've done.
