    Default OS13.1: Teamviewer doesn't run anymore

    Hi,

    I got the following problem:

    Since a few days I can't use Teamviewer on my personal computer anymore. After starting Teamviewer I can see in the panel that a frame appears and with in is written "Teamviewer 8" and Mouse pointer Icon also changes to a small version of the Teamviewer icon. After around 1 minute both disappear and ... no message ... just nothing.

    So I tried to find a log in /var/log/teamviewer ... and nothing; only about a successful installation. Next approach was the system log: I used the time at which I tried to start Teamviewer to isolate the entries in it.
    I got the following:

    As one can see is teamviewer not even mentioned, but I assume / hope that these lines reflect somehow the problem teamviewer had to start normal.
    I reinstalled teamviewer with version 9 ... some result.

    What makes the whole thing a bit mysterious is that I can install and use Teamviewer on my wifes and kids pc's; also with OS13.1

    1. Any one with a similar experience ?

    2. Any ideas what the entries in the system log might mean ?

    3. Any idea where else a log of the teamviewer could be ?

    this issue was fixed for me via upgrading to a latest TV-version ..
