How to update Urban Terror?

So I installed Urban Terror and I get an error message. Your game is outdate please run Ur Tupdater. How do I update the game? I tried searching via Alt-F2 and in Kickoff Application Luncher but I can’t find any UT updater.

Navigate to the folder where you installed UT.
Otherwise I can’t do much more than point you to Urban Terror Downloads : Current version (4.3.4)
