My system: 13.1 XFCE
When I use Pidgin and try to close it it doesn't. I have to kill it with task manager and if I forget it autostarts after next boot. Any hints? Googling didn't bring much.

Try to edit settings in Session Manager (xfce4-session) as described in
the below link
http://www.xfce.org/about/tour
--
GNOME 3.10.2
openSUSE 13.1 (Bottle) (x86_64) 64-bit
Kernel Linux 3.11.6-4-desktop
And which thing should I edit. Found nothing connected with Pidgin autostarting.

I would start with contents of below folder locations according to
freedesktop standards
All users
orCode:/etc/xdg/autostart
Individual home
where ~ stands for /home/<UserName>Code:~/.config/autostart/
Refer :-

I think that you don't understand.
Pidgin is not in autostart.
When it is not started by my it wont start after boot. But whet I start it and want to quit it from inside the app it doesn't want to finish. I click close and nothing happens. I have to launch the Task Manager and kill the proces. If I will not do it then after the next boot pidgin will be launched automatically.
This is a bug and it is anoying.
If I leave chromium opened it will not start after next boot automatically.
