Hi!
I’ve read some interesting articles in the forum and now I would like to write one but I can’t see how I can do it. Is necessary some kind of permission to create an article?

You can create an article and contact one of the admins mentioned the
below page to get it published.

The place to post it would be in the unreviewed HOWTOs forum, then
contact a member of staff to review its suitability for publication as an
article.
Articles (and blogs) require special permissions, rather than being open
to anyone. Helps ensure a high quality of article/blog posts.
