Default Can't enable Intel PRO WIRELESS 4965

I have an HP 8510w with this WiFi card: Network controller: Intel Corporation PRO/Wireless 4965 AG or AGN [Kedron] Network Connection (rev 61)

Using Kubuntu, I had no issues with this device. But, with 13.1, I can't seem to enable it. The driver looks OK though.

    But, I can't enable it:

Apart from this, I've everything's great. Not been with SuSE since 9, it's come a long way.

    Hi
Done, however, in the future just hit the report button if you have an issue with a thread etc and can sort it out from there (The triangle with an ! in it )
