Atheros QCA9565 Bluetooth - Detected but does not find BT devices on discovery

Hi All

My wireless and bluetooth is a Atheros QCA9565, wireless is working perfectly and has done since install however bluetooth does not find anything during discovery.

I am using OpenSuse 13.1 KDE and when I go in to the Blutooth config under devices is lists linux-0dgt.site followed by the mac address but when I try to discover my bluetooth speaker or mobile I cannot find anything.

Any help greatly appreciated.
