Default Blinking/flickering issue for dual monitors on Intel card [openSUSE 13.1 Gnome]

I have openSUSE 13.1 Gnome with default kernel. I have Samsung series 9 ultra book having Intel 4000 card. The screen some time flicker/blink, not i would say that frequent but still two/three/more times per minute. To mention this happens on my 2nd monitor (dell 23") plugged in via micro HDMI. Output for lspci:

    Code:
00:00.0 Host bridge: Intel Corporation 3rd Gen Core processor DRAM Controller (rev 09)
00:02.0 VGA compatible controller: Intel Corporation 3rd Gen Core processor Graphics Controller (rev 09)
00:16.0 Communication controller: Intel Corporation 7 Series/C210 Series Chipset Family MEI Controller #1 (rev 04)
00:1b.0 Audio device: Intel Corporation 7 Series/C210 Series Chipset Family High Definition Audio Controller (rev 04)
00:1c.0 PCI bridge: Intel Corporation 7 Series/C210 Series Chipset Family PCI Express Root Port 1 (rev c4)
00:1c.3 PCI bridge: Intel Corporation 7 Series/C210 Series Chipset Family PCI Express Root Port 4 (rev c4)
00:1c.4 PCI bridge: Intel Corporation 7 Series/C210 Series Chipset Family PCI Express Root Port 5 (rev c4)
00:1d.0 USB controller: Intel Corporation 7 Series/C210 Series Chipset Family USB Enhanced Host Controller #1 (rev 04)
00:1f.0 ISA bridge: Intel Corporation HM75 Express Chipset LPC Controller (rev 04)
00:1f.2 SATA controller: Intel Corporation 7 Series Chipset Family 6-port SATA Controller [AHCI mode] (rev 04)
00:1f.3 SMBus: Intel Corporation 7 Series/C210 Series Chipset Family SMBus Controller (rev 04)
01:00.0 Network controller: Intel Corporation Centrino Advanced-N 6235 (rev 24)
02:00.0 Ethernet controller: Realtek Semiconductor Co., Ltd. RTL8111/8168/8411 PCI Express Gigabit Ethernet Controller (rev 06)
03:00.0 USB controller: Renesas Technology Corp. uPD720202 USB 3.0 Host Controller (rev 02)
Now if i turn off the laptop screen from Settings -> Displays. There is no blinking/flickering anymore on the (2nd)dell monitor.
After a while i turned on the laptop screen again and the issue remains. I was not convinced to turn off one screen, as it would kill the multitasking for me.

This behavior seems more like Intel graphic card issue, tested on F20 and same results.

    Any thoughts?

We had an intel graphics card bug and it was fixed through an update.

Summary : Intel video driver for the Xorg X server
    Description :
intel is an Xorg driver for Intel integrated video cards.

The driver supports depths 8, 15, 16 and 24. All visual types are
supported in depth 8. For the i810/i815 other depths support the
TrueColor and DirectColor visuals. For the i830M and later, only the
TrueColor visual is supported for depths greater than 8. The driver
supports hardware accelerated 3D via the Direct Rendering Infrastructure
(DRI), but only in depth 16 for the i810/i815 and depths 16 and 24 for
    the 830M and later.
    Distribution: openSUSE 13.1
Tried that uxa trick, but seems that it did not change any thing.

I can live with it for one/two a min, but the problem is it is so annoying to eyes every time it happen.
