Default how to install bumblebee on my laptop

Hello fellow users, Merry Christmas to you all. I have just installed 13.1 after a long absence, prior to that I have been running Manjaro 0.8.7 which automatically installed the bumbleebee daemon. I am running a dualboot system, windows 7 and O/S 13.1 i5 processor, 8 gig of ddr3 ram Nvidia geoforce gt 540m graphics card and an Intel card. Would be most grateful for some help, hopefully that is possible. I have used Open Suse before and was very impressed, only changed to Manjaro because of Nvidia optimus support. Glad to be back tho.

Hope you all had a good Christmas dinner, loads of nice prezzies and a good sleep afterwards!!
