Mozilla Firefox Font problem

Hi guys and gals.

So basically, the problem is that the firefox fonts are in some instances crooked, specifically in the add-on section and visiting some websites. I have the Muzlocker font repo installed, and for the best rendering quality for me, i set the fonts hinting to ‘slight’ and RGB.
And the result is this:

SUSE Paste

On the left, you can see crisp and smooth fonts, and the problem is with the fonts on the right side.

If anyone can help, it would be much appreciated.

Using openSUSE 13.1 64bit w GNOME 3.10

Honestly I don’t see any real difference. :’(

I had that problem with the fonts from Muzz’s repo
So I switched back to the openSUSE packages from the main repos.

Then I added fontconfig-infinality

Hi and first of all thanks for responding. I installed the infinality fontconfig, now i have one question. Does it enable that fontconfig by default, or do i have to do something to enable it?

Thanks.

Nope, run, as root

infinality-ctl makestyles
infiinality setstyle YOUR_CHOICE_HERE

Options for YOUR_CHOICE_here are
debug
linux
infinality
osx
osx2
win7
win98
winxp

Play around with the values, reboot to effect changes systemwide, use what suits you.

The first command passes with no troubles.

infinality setstyle infinalityIf 'infinality' is not a typo you can use command-not-found to lookup the package that contains it, like this:
    cnf infinality
