Default Can I get something like the Orca screen reader for KDE?

I would like to have the Orca screen reader, but I want to stick with KDE. Is there some kind of port that I can get for KDE? I tried Orca and thought it was awesome. It's way better than Microsoft's Narrator on Windows 7 (which is just a very bad joke), but I don't want to have to switch to Gnome. Anyone got any suggestions?

You don't have to switch to Gnome; it works with KDE/Qt: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_screen_readers.

Awesome. Thanks. I just assumed it only worked properly for Gnome 'cause it says it's for Gnome in the repo description and I saw loads of Gnome bits were listed for additional installation, so I thought it best to ask here before I go and make a mess of things. Thanks.
