Default how to use fglrx w/o login to GUI ?

    hi,

I have a console app which relays on a graphics card (via fglrx). And so far it only works if I log in to KDE - after that I can run it via ssh etc. It has to work like a service w/o any user logged in. Alternatively I can setup autologin but it's not very smart solution, is it? I believe this is quite common issue. What should I check first?

    some details:
    openSUSE 12.3
    AMD 7970 card

    thank you

    Hi
Look at starting your application and using Xvfb. If that works then
you should be able to create a systemd service file for it.
