Which port do you want to open? Or for what service?

I want to open all port on my device or disable firewall service.

Using Yast to disable the firewall is trivial, so maybe go that route
rather than trying to create rules to open all ports (which does the same
thing, but perhaps more-slowly since it involves more inspection of packets).

With that said, why would you want to do this? Principles of Defense in
Depth justify having layers of defense, and if you know what you services
are doing opening specific ports for them is easy and prevents other
services (malicious ones, for example) from using unexpected ports without
    your knowledge.
