You can look up the precise details,

    But the basics are
The kernel supports an expanding list of codes to support many devices but some devices may not be on the list for any reason.
You can manually create a UDEV file that contains the vendor and device numbers, IIRC is the two numbers are 4 digits long and are separated by a full colon.

    So,
Google the vendor and device UDEV IDs.
Find an example how to create a file describing the device.
Create, then restart the UDEV services.
    Cross fingers.

Question Re: kde connect doesn't see devices and devices don't see PC

    Greetings,

that's the first steps to connect your device for Android development for Eclipse.
Does anyone has a list of vendors and UDEV IDs. My device isn't available in ADK site.

Of course, here is the URL if you are looking for most common ones. Using Hardware Devices | Android Developers

Some post in Stack Overflow suggests two paths:
debugging - Android USB Vendor IDs for unknown brand - Stack Overflow

    Using
    Code:
    lsusb
    or using Google's vendor ID.

I'll try lsusb and see what happens.

    Thanks for the help. =)

it's to do with your firewall.

You first need to determine the port that is used then open it in the firewall.

Read the docs for the device it should be documented what port is used for communication.

it's not as simple as opening a port and the documentation is terrible.
There is a possible bug with the openSUSE firewall.
jdmcdaniel3 has been looking into it
