Default LibreOffice Calc does not properly display this spreadsheet

    ASPE

    Select the state of Texas.

I also tried downloading it with the same results.
    The calculated cells show #NAME

I also asked at the LibreOffice site so is it proper to ask in both places or should I just use the LibreOffice site ?

    thanks

    Calc is 3.6 build 304
    openSUSE 13.2
