    That's a good description of the purpose of those four groups.

    "Advisories" makes sense, but renaming groups actually isn't possible on
    the NNTP side. Doesn't mean we can't adjust on the web side, though.

    I don't either, actually. I don't see it used that often, because the
    typical newsgroup naming convention is to be as clear as possible in the
    name, so a description is superfluous.
