openldap2 The server daemons (slapd, slurpd), their offline tools and documentation. Slapd is build with static support for the backends back-bdb, back-hdb, back-ldap, back-monitor and back-ldbm and most of available overlays.
installed openldap2 package with zypper

i'm following online guides for openldap replication and it should be there.

so it's safe to say slurpd isnt compiled or what ?
