    Default Tor software exited unexpectedly error n didnt start in opensuse 12.3 kde

    just installed tor from suse vidalia repos but wen i try to start it getting error like
    this
    SUSE Paste

    n plz guide me how to enable the service in opensuse 12.3 .kde

    Why don't you use the Tor Browser Bundle? Very easy to set up, just extract to your ~/bin directory and run from there.

    Agreed,
    This is one of the rare occasions when the official repos should not be used.

    The Tor Browser Bundle not only is a completely self-contained package of all the required components pre-configured to work together, the included modified FF browser wouldn't be easy to duplicate.

    Only additional I might recommend is to anonymize your DNS queries.
