Default Applications open on secondary screen using fresh opensuse KDE

I've just managed to configure my dual monitors, I'm very new to KDE and Opensuse, and it seems that every application wants to open on the secondary monitor and not my primary where I'm actually opening things.

I also tried going to ~/.kde4/share/config/ and nanoing kwinrulesrc and there are no options resembling what he said.
    Thanks for the time/

    @ Landswimmer

normally if the symbol at the top left-hand corner of an application is
    right-mouse-clicked,
then --'more actions' ---'Special Application Settings' selected,
then ----'Size and position' tab selected

everything is possible without resorting to editing user configuration files
    directly
