it sounds like some kind of corruption in the config file, so if you
were to
-shut down gwenview
-issue the following in a user terminal
Code:
rename ~/.kde4/share/config/gwenviewrc
~/.kde4/share/config/gwenviewrc.BAK
-restart gwenview
it _might_ then regenerate an uncorrupted config file...and again
show you the menus
hmmm...you could (or course) do the same thing in Dolphin or your GUI
file manager of choice....the same thing being to rename the file to
something else..
the reason i suggest rename (whereas other might say to just delete
it) is if what i suggested does not work at the very least you should
be able to go back in and rename gwenviewrc.BAK to gwenviewrc and at
least have a gwenview without that menu which you can then TRY the
next helper's prescription on.
