    Default adding information to calender

So you know when you click on the clock it opens up a calender, is there a way for my to add information such as assignment due dates and appointments? I have not been able to figure it out so if someone could tell me then awesome if not a good application I could install. I started school so I am trying to manage all my class assignment due dates. Running kde 12.3

    Press Alt+F2 and type: korganizer

Launch it. Ultimately you can configure it to start at boot/login. This is the kde calendar and info you add will integrate.
