Licq, Kopete, Pidgin - Send File option grayed out

Hello,

I’ve tried all 3 apps (Licq, Kopete, Pidgin) with ICQ account and want to send files but the Send File option is grayed out in all of them. How can I send files in these apps via ICQ? Thank you.
