    Default libreoffice Tagalog spelling dictionary

    Hi everyone,

I am writing documents in Tagalog, and rather than turn off the spell
checker completely, is there a Tagalog spell check dictionary available
for libreoffice? I have searched the internet and haven't found one so far.

    Thanks,
    George

    this page [url]http://extensions.openoffice.org/dictionaries[/url
shows that OpenOffice has a "Tagalog Spellchecker Dictionary"..

since LibreOffice forked from OpenOffice it _might_ be that the
OpenOffice spellchecker dictionary will work with LiberOffice....or
    maybe not...

if it will not, then maybe there just needs to be formed a group of
volunteers who want to create the first Tagalog spelling dictionary
OR fork/adapt the OpenOffice one to work with LibreOffice..

According to YaST>Software Management a Tagalog dictionary for LibreOffice is in the openSUSE repos.

Hmmm, which repo is it in? I could only find a Tagalog dictionary for
"aspell", and AFAIK that doesn't integrate with libreoffice, only abiword.

    Here are my repos:
    Code:

    myspell-tagalog is in Productivity/Text/Spell; see software.opensuse.org:

LibreOffice uses myspell dictionaries with hunspell.
