    Exclamation Problem to install a .bin file

    Hello everyone. I want to install a program called DLV (DLVSYSTEM | DLVSystem site) because another program that i want to use depends of it. However, the DLV is only available on .bin files, i.e., i want to navigate to the paste of the .bin and call it by the command line: $ ./dlv-64.bin. Unfortunately, i really need to install the DLV, because the other program call it on the terminal many times '$ dlv". I have tried to create an alias but doesn't work. I really want a solution. Thank you, and i'm sorry for my bad english.

    Hi
    You can call the file anything you like....?

    From: http://www.dlvsystem.com/dlv/#1
    On MacOS (or Linux), just download the file as dlv, say, make it
    executable (running chmod a+rx dlv), and you are ready to go and run
    DLV as dlv or ./dlv at the command line.
    I would copy the file into your home bin directory as then you can be
    anywhere and run it.

    eg;
    Code:
    cd ~/bin
    wget http://www.dlvsystem.com/files/dlv.x86-64-linux-elf-static.bin
    mv dlv.x86-64-linux-elf-static.bin dlv
    chmod a+rx dlv
    dlv
