    Default KDE remote desktop. Possible?

I have a machine running KDE on 12.3 RC1. I'd like to be able to connect to a machine running KDE on 12.1 an a graphical environment.
I've tried TeamViewer but it's crashtastic and not reliable and runs on WINE.
Is it possible to run a remote KDE session across different versions of KDE?
I've tried KRDC bbut all it gives me is a nice blue screen to look at and not ever a command prompt.

Default Re: KDE remote desktop. Possible?

This is what I get when I launch KDRP on the client machine and have Krfb running on the host machine just a blue screen.
