Default KDE 4.9: Blueetooth: Unable to send files: Solution: Downgrade Bluedevil

    Hello!

Sending files in KDE 4.9 via Bluetooth almost always fails on my system with openSUSE 12.1 .

After googling around I have found that the problem seems
to be upstream (the same on all distribution) and the culprit is .

Solution: downgrade bluedevil. On my openSUSE 12.1 machine that would be 3 packages:

bluedevil to the version 1.2.2-1.2.2 from default repository
bluedevil-lang to the version 1.2.2-1.2.2 from default repository
libbluedevil1 to the version 1.9.0-4.1.2 from default repository

I'm considering filling a KDE (upstream) bug report about bluedevil version 1.2.3
(which is default in openSUSE 12.2 and which in openSUSE 12.1 KDE 4.9 repository).

So here is a small request:
Can anybody check, does sending files via Bluetooth work in KDE in openSUSE 12.2?

Okay, seem that not much people care about Bluetooth.

    Here is the bug report:
Sending File via Bluetooth fails with bluedevil 1.2.3, works with bluedevil 1.2.2
