Default How would I build minitube from source for openSUSE 12.2?

This app is great but I cannot find it in the repos. However here is the source code:

    Minitube - Gitorious

How would one compile it for openSUSE 12.2 to an rpm that can be installed?

You can install it from here, there should be a few community builds: http://software.opensuse.org/package/minitube

If you wish to make your own rpm, you can examine the packages .spec files in their repos to see how.
