I installed i586 openSUSE 12.2 LXDE using the netinstall iso. When I ctrl-alt-backspace to restart X, or even just log out, X disappears, and the display manager does not come back. I am unfamiliar with OpenSUSE, having spent only 2 weeks with it prior to 12.2. I don’t know if it matters, but I’m using the captive nVidia drivers, instead of nouveau. Any suggestions as to what I can do to get lxdm (or reasonable facsimile) to come back up when I log out/restart X?
