No cycles render engine in Blender 2.63 (openSUSE 12.2)

Hello guys,

I installed openSUSE 12.2 (x86_64) and Blender3D 2.63a from the community repositories. The first thing I noticed is that the Cycles Render Engine is not in the list of available engines. I know that Cycles is a kind of addon, but it is enabled by default. I searched through the enabled addons and I found a message saying that it cannot find the script files for Cycles. This looks as a packaging problem, because the render engine in question is there when I compile Blender in my computer (I’ve done it in a FreeBSD machine and yes, Cycles is there.)

Is there anything I could do to add Cycles in my Blender installation?
Where can I report this problem in order to solve the packaging problem?

Best regards
Elias

I guess you have to report it to the blender packager.
I found-out the other day that it has no option in the user preferences.
I switched my blender2.63a to the download tar ball from blender site which is
installed on opensuse 12.1 partition on the same machine.
