    Default How to access Windows side from Dolphin

    Sorry to ask this again, I upgraded to 12.1 and completely forgot how can I make visible my files in XP from Dolphin.
    I have dual boot, not VM

    Mount the windows partition/s in Yast. GoTo Yast --> System --> Partitioner. Locate the NTFS (?) partition/s and mount them. You can specify the locations e.g. as /WindowsC (or whatever you like). It might be that when you get into the GUI for partitioner, you might see that they are already mounted. If they are, then in Dolphin, browse to those locations.

    If this is all a confusing ramble for you, run these commands and report the results:
    • sudo /sbin/fdisk -l
    • cat /etc/fstab
    Leap 42.3 & 15.1 &KDE

    It should be visible anyway in the tree or as a device and will mount on the fly

    yes, I did found it on the list, just did not made the connection between the device list and my partitions
