Software in repository is incomplete!

While trying to download and install Rosegarden (an music suite) I was presented with a notification it also required Lilypond to be installed as well (not included). After searching the web I found a listing of openSUSE repositories. I also found that the multimedia repository that should have had Lilypond was no longer in the repository listings. Now I’m left out in the cold. Without Lilypond the writing of music is dead and defunct. Does anyone know of a repository where this can be had or where a complete package for Rosegarden can be had with Lilypond?

Thanks in advance,
Brian

Try searching at http://software.opensuse.org/search - that searches the
standard repositories, and if enabled, the additional “Home” repositories
created by users on OBS.

Which version of openSUSE are you using, I see lilypond in
multimedia:apps for 12.1 and factory, but for 11.4 it is already disabled.

Thanks to all for the assistance. Was finally able to find the application and download it and rosegarden. The search util I will bookmark and remember.

Thank you all,
Brian

You are welcome, but next time do not forget to mention which version of openSUSE you use. Saves time and a lot of guessing from others.
