Default UI Layout is not correct in Gnome 3.2 in opensuse 12.1

Hi Guys, Well I know this is problem is not with my system only but is experienced by many in opensuse 12.1 The Layout of the openuse's default Gtk window in not correct. Some times the parts of the rightclick popup menu goes below the top Gnome panel. Some buttons become hidden if the gtk window is small. Is there a patch available for this? any solution?

I have attached some screen shots for you guys to understand my problem:
In this image the option "open with file roller" is below the Gnome panel

now when I place the mouse just a little below the previous position, I can then see the option

    Here the button is hidden

On the third issue: I've seen this. Changing the font for most parts of the user interface to something less wide than Cantarel fixes it. I don't mind, since I don't like wide fonts in a user interface. I don't think it's an openSUSE GTK3 bug though, I've seen this on other distros with GNOME3 as well. Since GNOME3 depends on a lot of CSS, I suspect a missing or incorrect value in that area.
