Missing drop down menus in dolphin and file manager, OSS 12.1

I installed 12.1 last night on a separate HD and noticed that the drop down menus are missing from dolphin and file manager. I poked and proded, but I don’t know how to get them back. Where are they? Please tell me. Thanks in advance.

Press [Ctrl] + M this toggles between menus visible and invisible.
