I want a visual programing language to develop some visual applications under opensuse 11.4 .

But…your question is far too general.
Somewhat similar to Knurpth’s answer:
C++ with qt4 using Qt Creator for programming and Qt Designer to put in
a visual mode the user interface together.
While easy to use of course it has a learning curve for learning C++,
the qt4 framework and of course how to use the programming tools.
Otherwise also the comment: Be more specific what you exactly want and
what your skills are to give a better advise.
There is a bunch of possibilities like python + tkinter, python + qt,
gambas (somewhat similar to visual basic) and so and so on.
All of them support also mysql connections.
What is best depends on your use case and what you already know.

I have skills programming in C (but not c++), PowerBuilder and GeneXus. And other structure languages like cobol, clipper, pascal.
What I want to to is a back end of a web-site in a visual mode. Otherwise, I have to construct another page to do it.
