Default Gnome-shell forgot how to search Wikipedia and Google.

I went to add DuckDuckGO to searches, and it lost Wikipedia. Then I removed DDG, and it lost all searchability. I removed DDG because it was opening with malformed URLs. How do I get Wikipedia and Google searches back.

    Hi
You need to re-install the xml files
    in /usr/share/gnome-shell/search_providers/

They are part of the gnome-shell package.

I created a startpage search, do you want me to create a duckduckgo one?
