Or even better, since the site actually says:
"Run the script 'ModuleTest-gui' and follow the instructions to install
any missing modules. (If the 'gui' version doesn't work for you, then
open a Terminal Session and run the script 'ModuleTest-cli' instead.)"
So has the OP actually run ModuleTest-cli? If so, what is the output? If
not, why not?
BTW, since the author chooses not to use CPAN and chooses to absolutely
require Javascript to navigate their site, they are clearly somewhat
idiosyncratic. Expect problems.
