Install the package djvulibre-djview4, it contains the gui program
djview which has an export function in the file menu for pdf.

Don't convert, display as djvu with the viewer in the distro. It is a very
good format, if whoever gave you the files in that format had a good reason
to do it. Conversion will not give the same quality.

I installed this package, but unfortunately (or otherwise) djview is not getting opened (don't the reason) though I rebooted too.....! Thanks.

I couldn't have gone for conversion if I were not required it into separate parts, since I can bifurcate the pdf using any of the tools like kpdftool or pdfmod. Thanks.

I have really never seen that it does not run and I use djview for years
(btw okular can also view djvu). What happens as output if you type
    djview in a terminal?

    Thanks.

To be honest that tells me absolutely nothing, the same command (which
is a symlink to /usr/bin/djview4) from the same package just works here
on 11.4 and 12.1 (as it did in previous versions of openSUSE).
