    Default open terminal window glitch

    Hello all.

If I open terminal window or some other apps, the window has a normal width. However, it has the full height of the screen. If fix the size then close it, it still opens the full height of the screen.

    Can someone help?

Which terminal program are we using? For instance, in KDE, that is konsole by default, though other ones exist. I have konsole 2.7.4, but that seems to come from the fact that KDE is at 2.7.4 as best as I can tell.

    Thank You,
