    Default how to add a screen tracer

    using opensuse 12.1 kde and i want to know how to enable the screen tracer.

    i dont know if thats what they call it but when you left-click on the screen and hold it down and move the mouse that color cover that appears.

    Ah OK, I presume you're using KDE.

    To get that, you'll have to change the way the desktop is displayed. Right-click on the empty desktop and in the menu that opens there, click on desktop settings. In the new menu that opens, under "Layout" set "Folder view" and aply. You cna now do what you want to achieve.

    You can change this back afterwards in the same way.
