I have just installed openSUSE 12.1 with the gnome desktop.
Everything is working out of the box and running smoothly except for one small niggle.
The Gnome Shell calendar is showing Monday as the first day of the week and I’d prefer it to be Sunday.
With Gnome2.x I believe the week start date was governed by the locale settings but I’m not sure how I can go about changing this in Gnome 3.
(the locale command shows everything set as en_GB)
Has anyone else come across this problem and managed to solve it?
Hi Malcolm,
Thank you for that, I’d visited the first link but assumed that it was unmaintained as the link 404’s when you try and view/download the extension.
I’ll keep an eye one the gnome extensions page for an update.
It depends on calendar of picked email client, evolution or thunderbird. It is satisfied to change start of week in previously named calendar, but I have never examine it.
