Urgent help needed

Dear friends
I am in need of urgent help..
I have an epson stylus photo s20 printer, but the other day my printer started to print the page wrongly and all the words were spaced out wrongly and now i cant find a way to return the printer to its original state also I am looking for some program that will tell me what ink is low.

I've never bothered with such a utility, (as my printer displays alerts like this anyway), but I there is libinklevel available that may work for you. Not all models are supported.
