Installed /home under / How can i exclude it from snapshots

When installing 12.1 i chose to create /home under the / partition, instead of a separate /home partition.
When snapper makes snapshots it includes my /home dir. As the default setup of snapper is to snapshot /
This seems to use a lot of hdd space, movies, music etc.
Can i exclude my /home dir from snaphots ? Or do i need to create a seperate /home partition ?

That means you are using btfrs (not sure of the spelling). Be aware that
there is no recovery tool. You can loose all your partition if you have
problems. Make sure you make external backups.

operating system and version?
file system? (btrfs?)

since you seem to be indicating the system contents is more important
than /home data i assume this is a sandbox testing system? (which it
should be if it is btrfs!)

give us more info to have a chance at an answer…like, if you are
running a command line incantation to do the “snapshot”, show us what
you are using, at least. if not, please name the application and
version… and, if a windowed application, include your desktop
environment and version…
