Provided you have the space, just download it. I don’t see the problem.

Here is where they all are: ftp://ftp5.gwdg.de/pub/opensuse/repositories/
Use an ftp client you like and start downloading. Mind, you’re going to need a lot of storage and it will take quite a while, but your question is how it can be done.

it is difficult to tell exactly what you want to do, but:

if you just want a copy of all repos as they exist on the day(s) you
download, then do as the others have already mentioned (just download it
all)…

but, if instead you meant to ask how to set a up a mirror (for the
public, or for your company, or for just yourself) which will stay
current with the official mirrors (as things change, are updated, etc)
then that is a different question…is that what you intended to ask? if
so, see http://en.opensuse.org/openSUSE:Mirror_howto

and, there are probably several other resources…begin your quest here

Thanks everyone. That FTP is the thing i wanted. Do anyone know how many 4.7 GB dvd’s will be required for it. I have place where internet is not available but i love OpenSUSE.

Technically you could manage by just downloading the the openSUSE 12.1 DVD, use that as the source for OSS and NON-OSS
Though it’s not entirely the same as the repos
Then you would just need to do say a monthly sync of ‘Updates’, which at the moment is not so much size, but it will get bigger.

Several boxes.

As you haven’t stated your needs clearly, we have to assume you want to
mirror all the repositories, and that’s a huge lot.
