Sounds like you are missing the KDE window Decoration I think it is called. Which brings to mind just how did you install KDE? Here is how I would do it:

Open YaST / Software / Software Management - Select the View Button on the top left and pick Patterns. Now, you will see several Patterns listed and you want to select:

    Code:
       Graphical Environment

    [X] KDE 4 Desktop Environment
    [X] KDE 4 Base System
Then Press the Accept button on the bottom right and allow these applications to install. If this is not how you did it, there still time to try it the right way.

Also, as a relative new user in these parts, Welcome to the openSUSE forum!

One thing you will run into: Networkmanager versions of KDE and GNOME 3 are conflicting. The workaround is to use nm-applet in KDE, without it no network connections in KDE.

I installed KDE like you say! Now i have a problem with the touchpad, does't work in GNOME but in KDE works OK! I read that problem happens when you have log in KDE and the log in GNOME... And the touchpad doesn't work anymore in GNOME! I came from Ubuntu to a "best" distribution, but it seems that i made a mistake! Thanks!

I use what is best for me. You should use what is best for you.

I'm sorry things don't work like you expected, but.....as you can see in my sig I am running both, no issues except for the mentioned one with Networkmanager. FYI: settings of KDE and GNOME are stored separately, so it must be somewhere in your settings where the problem originates.
To be honest, there is no such thing as "best distribution". The best thing is that there is freedom of choice. My guess is there is no distro that will solve any problem on a first post in forums. Provide good info on what you have done so far, and you will, no doubt, see that people here are willing to help out. Sarcasm or cynicism will not be helpful IMHO.
